We focus on quality and location of our buildings, our environmental footprint, our long-term financial performance, our responsibility to the community and our commitment to our tenants.
We partner with our tenants to make their businesses stronger. Our dedication to customer service stems from our patriarch, Philip B. Feldman, who believed in the importance of building long-term partnerships rather than short-term gain. And, because Summit Properties is a family owned and operated company, each one of us feels a personal dedication to exceptional service, collaboration and lasting relationships with our tenants, vendors, brokers and all with whom we work. Phil, who passed away in 1993, valued his name – his integrity – above all and we honor him by following his example.
